Inviting Formula Example: If you are conversing with a prospect the first time and during the Qualify step you identify that the prospect does qualify for your company or product - you would use the Inviting Formula if:

a. You don't know the way to present effectively.

b. You will hold the prospect look at a tool (video, audio, brochure, etc.).

c. You will have the prospect talk with you (hotel income opportunity meeting, one-on-one, conference call, etc.) Down the road.

Presenting Formula Example: In case you are conversing with a prospect the very first time and during the Qualify step you establish how the prospect does be eligible for your business or product - you would use the Presenting Formula if:

a. You know how presenting effectively.

b. You are going to give them RIGHT NOW.

How to Use The Presenting Formula If You Have Previously Done The Inviting Formula

From your Inviting Formula example above suppose you're looking at to INVITE your prospect to meet along with you down the road (like a one-on-one). When you arrive at that meeting you would utilize the Presenting Formula since you will present RIGHT NOW.

Since this is your first time speaking with the prospect, you'd spend a longer period in the Greet and Qualify steps. In the Qualify step you establish that the prospect qualifies so you invite him/her to some one-on-one together with you. If you choose to have her consider a video - you would employ the Inviting Formula. If you decide to give her about the airplane, you will employ the Presenting Formula.
